Основные Проблемы Выявления Получения Налогоплательщиками Необоснованной Налоговой Выгоды

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена и сложившаяся на сегодняшний день арбитражная практика по вопросам использования в хозяйственной деятельности схем уклонения от уплаты налогов с использованием «фирм-однодневок». Обоснована необходимость в усовершенствовании механизма выявления недобросовестных налогоплательщиков, в процессе проведения налогового контроля. Обозначены основные проблемы государственного противодействия созданию и незаконной деятельности «фирм-однодневок», а также предложен конкретный метод их решения.
