Abstract

Сложившаяся в настоящее время структура преступлений экономической направленности, представляет серьезную угрозу прежде всего для бюджетной системы государства, что обуславливает необходимость переориентации органов внутренних дел именно на раскрытие преступлений экономической направленности в сфере собственности, кредитно-финансовой сфере, во внешнеэкономической деятельности, в топливно-энергетическом комплексе, а также на потребительском рынке. Что требует разработки новых более эффективных методов выявления и раcследования указанных видов преступлений.
