Abstract

Статья посвящена теоретическому осмыслению советского семейного законодательства (1926-1944гг.), в частности, вопросу фактического брака. Значительное внимание уделено анализу причин, побудивших законодателя признать юридическую силу за фактическими брачными отношениями.
