Abstract

В данной статье прослеживаются особенности и специфика, цели и задачи оперативно-розыскной деятельности, направленной на пресечение преступлений в сфере экономики. Оперативно-розыскная деятельность правоохранительных органов по экономическим преступлениям направлена на защиту экономических отношений. Статья представляет интерес для практикующих юристов, аспирантов и студентов юридических вузов.
