Слияния И Поглощения – Уточнение Терминологии

Abstract

В настоящей статье рассматривается вопрос об уточнении определений терминов, характеризующих процессы слияний и поглощений. Представлены к обзору и анализу особенности толкования указанных терминов отечественными и зарубежными учеными. Выявлена необходимость выведения авторского видения сущности процессов, выраженных в определениях, с целью максимально точного отражения присущих процессам характерных черт и особенностей. На основе проведенного сравнительно анализа автором предлагается рассмотреть возможность внедрения выведенных формулировок в общую методологическую базу исследований.
