Корпоративная Здоровьеформирующая Деятельность Как Фактор Воспроизводства Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

В связи с изменением роли индивида в экономике, на первый план выдвигается проблематика формирования, воспроизводства и развития человеческого капитала. Исходя из того, что источниками человеческого капитала являются социальные инвестиции со стороны семьи, бизнеса и государства, в статье рассмотрена корпоративная социальная ответственность применительно к человеческому капиталу. В качестве одного из направлений корпоративной здоровьеформирующей деятельности как фактора воспроизводства человеческого капитала рассмотрен комплекс мер по борьбе с курением на рабочих местах.
