Abstract

Особые условия содержания осужденных затрудняют реализацию их права на квалифицированную юридическую помощь адвоката. В статье дается описание вопросов, касающихся правового статуса адвоката, оказывающего юридическую помощь лицам, отбывающим наказание в исправительных учреждениях.
