Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с теоретическими аспектами формирования и комплексного использования финансовых ресурсов строительных корпораций. Корпоративные финансы как научная дисциплина базируется на фундаментальной теории, в которой обосновываются решения, относящиеся к распределению денежных ресурсов во времени, по обязательствам и в условиях неопределенности. Концепция управления корпоративными финансами представлена системой теоретического, методологического и практического подхода к созданию и расходованию дефицитных денежных ресурсов, способствующего увеличению первоначального капитала компании и благосостояния акционеров на протяжении длительного периода времени.
