Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу проблем правового регулирования в сфере торговой деятельности. Исследуется природа полномочий органов местного самоуправления на предмет установления прямых, а также косвенных ограничений гражданских прав в данной сфере регулирования общественных отношений. Автор, в частности, предлагает четко урегулировать порядок взаимоотношений между органами публичной власти и физическими и юридическими лицами.
