Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению отдельных проблемных вопросов, возникающих в сфере электронной коммерческой деятельности при заключении сделок в сети Интернет. Автором статьи уделено внимание проблеме придания юридической силы документам, которыми обмениваются пользо-ватели информационно-коммуникационных сетей при заключении гражданско-правовых сделок.
