Стратегически Ориентированное Бюджетирование Как Инструмент Создания Эффективной Системы Финансового Управления

Abstract

Основой составления стратегических приоритетов для современных предприятий является миссия, из которой вытекают долгосрочные общие цели деятельности. Стратегия, будучи переведенной в долгосрочный план действий, на практике приобретает форму долгосрочного бюджета. Поэтому в современных рыночных условиях важную роль приобретает разработка методики стратегического бюджетирования как средство повышения эффективности финансового управления. В данной статье с помощью сравнительного анализа определяются оптимальное соотношение разных методов бюджетирования для современного предприятия и пути достижения поставленных целей. В центре внимания находится концепция добавленной стоимости, которая является основным фактором для выбора системы бюджетирования, а также для решения проблем, выявленных в процессе стратегического бюджетирования.
