Использование Подхода Межстрановых Сопоставлений Для Оценки Резервов Собираемости Налогов В Российской Экономике

Abstract

В статье осуществлена оценка налогового резерва российской экономики посредством выделения основных макроэкономических показателей и проведения межстрановых сопоставлений. Для выделения макроэкономических показателей проведен анализ наиболее актуальных работ по данной тематике. Среди макроэкономических показателей выделены следующие: ВВП на душу населения, оборот внешней торговли, структура промышленности, степень развития финансовых институтов. В результате оценка проведена за период с 2002 по 2010 года, где оценка 2009 и 2010 основывалась на прогнозных показателях с учетом кризиса 2008-2009гг. Мировой опыт учитывался в составлении рекомендаций по увеличению резервов собираемости налогов. Основные рекомендации направлены на построение прозрачной системы налогообложения в России.
