Abstract

Повышение эффективности деятельности и конкурентоспособности как на внутреннем, так и на внешнем рынке предприятий российского нефтегазового сектора связано с применением инновационных методов управления. Как одно из наиболее эффективных методов корпоративного управления в крупных, вертикально интегрированных компаниях рассматривается бизнес-проектирование, позволяющее существенно оптимизировать затраты корпораций на управление.
