Abstract

Автор исследует правовое регулирование обязательной доли необходимых наследников и приходит к выводу, что если ранее в правилах об обязательной доле отражалась забота государства о необходимых наследниках, то в настоящее время в данном вопросе как в РФ, так и в США законодатель стремится уменьшить свое влияние на свободу завещательных распоряжений
