Abstract

Обсуждаются новые инициативы Президента РФ Д.А.Медведева, связанные с обеспечением продовольственной и медицинской безопасности России, с улучшением социального обеспечения граждан. Анализу подлежат проблемы, связанные с положением дел в отечественном предпринимательстве. Рассматриваются случаи нарушений положений законодательства предпринимателями России. Анализируются правовые возможности и возможности законодательства в деле поддержки указанных инициатив Президента.
