Abstract

В статье обобщен теоретико-методический опыт реструктуризации предприятий энергетической отрасли и системы управления изменениями. Выявлены основные факторы, оказывающие влияние на деятельность энергетических компаний на основе концепции управления изменениями, к которым относятся: экономический, фактор неопределенности, информационный, агрегирование информационного объема, фактор влияния. Актуальность статьи обусловлена наличием противоречий в системе управления на государственном и корпоративном уровнях, которые заключаются в необходимости своевременных действий и отсутствием наработанных алгоритмов их выполнения в ситуации управления изменениями внешней и внутренней среды энергетических предприятий, в которых особая роль отводиться социально-экономическим управленческим отношениям.
