Abstract

В статье рассмотрены нормативные правовые основы создания информационного пространства Таможенного союза, сформированного в рамках ЕврАзЭС. На основе оценки рассмотренного, автор предлагает формировать информационное пространство из совокупности информационных ресурсов, включающей национальные информационные системы, информационную систему наднационального органа и межгосударственные информационные системы.
