Статья посвящена различным аспектам эффективности и качества услуг, предоставляемых в учреждениях социального обслуживания населения. Автор изучает систему терминов, определяющих эффективность и качество, и приводит конкретные параметры для их оценки на практике. Статья также центрирована на природе и принципах системы качества учреждения и на критериях, компонентах и целях управления качеством.
