Тенденции Развития Конституционного Процесса В Российской Федерации

Abstract

Конституционное право является фундаментальным регулятором общественных отношений, в то же время в силу преобладания недостаточно развитого механизма реализации, многие положения указанной отрасли права носят зачастую декларативный характер. В статье последовательно изложены основные подходы к вопросу о месте конституционно процессуальных норм в системе конституционного права, их значении, а также точки зрения известных специалистов в области исследования феномена конституционно-процессуального права по указанным вопросам. Данная статья является попыткой обобщить накопленные знания в сфере конституционно процессуального права с целью изменения отношения к указанной отрасли права как второстепенной, носящей исключительно обслуживающий характер.
