Abstract

В статье исследуются подходы к государственному регулированию электроэнергетики Российской Федерации. Авторами предлагается модель инновационной составляющей процесса структурной модернизации. В качестве методов совершенствования предлагаются мероприятия по направлениям: создание системы инновационного развития электроэнергетических компаний с учетом современного этапа развития экономики; совершенствование методологии прогнозирования инновационного развития электроэнергетических компаний; создание законодательных преимуществ по инновационному поступательному устойчивому развитию электроэнергетических компаний; разработка системы государственного протекционизма и регулирования процессов перехода электроэнергетики на инновационный путь развития и повышения конкурентоспособности страны.
