Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена исследованию состояния обеспечения доступным и комфортным жильем и разработке предложений по совершенствованию текущей системы предоставления жилья в городе Москве. В рамках настоящего исследования проведен анализ текущей ситуации в сфере обеспечения доступным и комфортным жильем, изучен международный опыт развития данного направления, а также предложены направления совершенствования системы предоставления жилья в Московском мегаполисе. При разработке предложений выявлены возможности внедрения и практической реализации инновационной модели обеспечения доступным и комфортным жильем путем формирования и развития городского фонда арендного жилья на основе «доходных домов», в том числе за счет более интенсивного внедрения основе механизмов государственно-частного партнерства.
