Abstract

В своей статье «Гражданско-правовая сущность и определение понятий вреда и убытков» автор даёт правовое определение понятиям подлежащего возмещению причинённого «вреда» и «убытков», а также обосновывает различие между этими взаимосвязанными, но не совсем тождественными понятиями. Автор также показывает, что положения российского гражданского законодательства предусматривают полное и справедливое возмещение причинённого вреда личности и юридическим лицам, тем самым предупреждая всякие правонарушения, которые являются источниками причинения субъектам гражданского права физического, имущественного или морального вреда.
