Abstract

В статье представлен анализ конституция стран СНГ на предмет выявления в их норм, регулирующих ограничение прав и свобод человека и гражданина. Автором предложено разделить искомые нормы на центрально-собирательные, ограничительно-конкретизирующие, контекстуально-базовые, специфически-субъектные и неординарные.
