Действия Оценщика На Стадиях Исполнительного Производства

Abstract

Один из важнейших моментов в исполнительном производстве − определение рыночной стоимости арестованного имущества. Поскольку судебный пристав-исполнитель не обладает специальными знаниями в области оценки, то требуется привлечение независимого специалиста-оценщика. В данной статье подробно рассмотрены стадии исполнительного производства, их сроки, действия специалиста-оценщика при оказании услуг по оценке арестованного имущества, способы получения информации при оценке имущества должника, перечень необходимых документов для оценки арестованного имущества в зависимости от его вида/типа, а также уделено внимание рекомендациям специалисту-оценщику при визуальном осмотре арестованного имущества.
