Формирование Институциональных Условий Роста Капитализации В Российской Экономике

Abstract

Потребность корпораций в привлечении дополнительных ресурсов и возможности использования фондового рынка как источника роста их капитализации обуславливают необходимость формирования институциональных условий для роста капитализации компаний. Достижение этого возможно на основе установления стандартов деятельности российских корпораций, базирующихся на преимуществах этой формы организации бизнеса перед другими структурами. Это, в свою очередь, требует государственного регулирования развития процесса капитализации, основанного на установлении норм и правил корпоративной политики, направленной на максимальное использование организационных возможностей корпораций как институтов, призванных реализовывать свой экономический потенциал, в том числе и через рынок ценных бумаг.
