Abstract

В статье рассматриваются Принципы европейского договорного права, источник ненормативной унификации, подготовленный Комиссией по европейскому договорному праву под руководством О. Ландо. Автор статьи исследует последние тенденции совершенствования и развития договорного права ЕС, в том числе создание Европейского гражданского кодекса, и обосновывает роль Принципов европейского договорного права как важного инструмента модернизации и способа сближения (гармонизации) договорного права стран ЕС.
