Abstract

В статье рассмотрены внутренние и внешние, благоприятные и неблагоприятные, управляемые и неуправляемые факторы, а также факторы риска, определяющие социальную, экологическую и ресурсную эффективность инвестиций. Важной предпосылкой стабильного развития сельского хозяйства под влиянием данных факторов может стать комплекс мер, обеспечивающих возможность разумного сочетания решения главных задач устойчивого функционирования предприятий отрасли с рациональным использованием имеющихся производственных ресурсов.
