Глобальный Образовательный Вызов, Брошенный России (Россия И «Экономика Познаний»: Роль Высшей Школы Инновации Через Образование)

Abstract

В настоящее время происходит глобальный процесс продвижения идей «knowledge economy» («экономики познаний»). Для того, чтобы качественно преобразовать социально-экономическую систему страны и обеспечить устойчивое социально-экономическое развитие нации необходимо наличие основ, то есть того стратегически главного, на чём будет строиться «экономика познаний», и что является её сущностью. К числу существенных базовых признаков реальности осуществления перемен относится именно состояние национальной образовательной системы. В предлагаемой статье автор приводит комплексный перечень мер по возрождению российской высшей школы и базовые принципы для приведения её в соответствие с требованиями «экономики познаний».
