Abstract

в работе рассматриваются теоретико-правовые аспекты обеспечения общественного порядка и общественной безопасности на современном этапе развития общества и государства. Важное место занимает проведенный анализ взглядов ученых юристов на определение понятий «общественный порядок» и «общественная безопасность».
