Abstract

Представленная статья раскрывает содержание принципа состязательности и равноправия сторон в административном судопроизводстве. Указанный принцип имеет особый механизм реализации при рассмотрении судами публично-правовых споров, выраженный в активной роли суда в процессе подготовки дела и сбора доказательств. В статье предлагаются возможные редакции некоторых статей действующего процессуального законодательства.
