Abstract

В своей статье автор пишет о необходимости осуществления прокурорского надзора за исполнением законодательства об инвестиционной деятельности в Российской Федерации и указывает на ряд важных, по мнению автора, условий, которые необходимо учитывать при непосредственной организации работы по надзору за исполнением законодательства о инвестиционной безопасности.
