Abstract

В работе приводится уголовно-правовой анализ преступления, предусмотренного статьей 134 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации, с учетом последних внесенных изменений и дополнений. Выявлены некоторые недостатки данной уголовно-правовой нормы и предложены авторские редакции данной статьи
