Ликвидационная Стоимость В Операциях Аренды

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы определения ликвидационной стоимости для правильного отражения в финансовой отчетности предприятий операций аренды. Показана роль ликвидационной стоимости в обеспечении внешних пользователей достоверной информации о компании, а также менеджеров для повышения эффективности ее управления. Приведен порядок применения гарантированной и негарантированной ликвидационных стоимостей в учете сделок по аренде. Сделаны предложения по совершенствованию бухгалтерского учета аренды и использованию ликвидационной стоимости в управленческом учете.
