Abstract

В настоящей статье автор предпринял попытку изучения проблем, возникающих при приобретении права собственности на государственные ценные бумаги. В целях исследования рассматриваются такие аспекты данной темы, как процедура приобретения государственных ценных бумаг, различные способы и основания приобретения права собственности, юридическая природа договора государственного займа. На основании проведенного исследования автором сделаны доктринальные выводы, обоснованы и предложены изменения в действующее законодательство.
