Abstract

Статья освещает процесс проверки финансово-хозяйственной деятельности индивидуальных предпринимателей, юридических лиц подразделениями по борьбе с правонарушениями и преступлениями в сфере потребительского рынка, с учетом реформ административного законодательства, федеральных законов, регулирующих эту сферу деятельности.
