Abstract

На сегодняшний день нельзя недооценить роль финансового посредничества на этапе организации и сопровождения всего кредитного процесса. Понятие «кредитный брокеридж» сегодня прочно ассоциируется с рынком ипотечного кредитования, однако сам термин пришел к нам из западной практики, где данный вид посреднических услуг столь популярен уже не одно десятилетие. О сегодняшних перспективах развития этого направления, а также о текущих проблемах и задачах его развития в нашей стране и пойдет речь в данной публикации.
