Abstract

События текущего финансового кризиса наглядно показали, что для эффективного развития реального сектора экономики цели денежно-кредитной политики не могут быть сведены только к управлению инфляционными процессами. Задача органов монетарного регулирования заключается также в создании эффективного механизма управления денежно-кредитными инструментами в целях развития национальной экономики и промышленности как ее составной части.
