Abstract

Колонии-поселения, появившиеся в СССР как самостоятельный вид исправительных учреждений в 1960-х годах, прочно вошли в систему исполнения наказаний. Предупреждение преступности как явление всегда предполагает эффективную профилактику правонарушений. К методам индивидуально-профилактического воздействия относятся убеждение и принуждение в отношении лиц, склонных к совершению преступлений.
