Abstract

В статье описаны основы Международно-правового сотрудничество в использовании и исследовании космического пространства в рамках ООН, рассмотрены функции и обязанности, возложенные на ООН и на его соответствующие органы, приведена историческая справка по рассматриваемому вопросу, описана роль Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН в дальнейшем развитии международного космического права, приведены функции Генерального секретаря ООН и его Секретариата в сфере космической деятельности, приведена работа Всемирных конференций ООН по исследованию и использованию космического прост-ранства в мирных целях, а также описаны принципы по исследованию и использованию космоса, рекомендованные для государств членов ООН.
