Некоторые Вопросы Совершенствования Реализации Органами Местного Самоуправления Отдельных Государственных Полномочий

Abstract

В настоящей статье речь идет о некоторых вопросах, касающихся регламентации содержания федерального закона, закона субъекта Российской Федерации, предусматривающих наделение органов местного самоуправления отдельными государственными полномочиями. В настоящее время на федеральном уровне не регламентирован конкретный порядок прекращения осуществления переданных отдельных государственных полномочий. В статье также затрагивается вопрос целесообразности возложения исполнения отдельных государственных полномочий на органы местного самоуправления.
