Abstract

О преступлениях против общественной безопасности и здоровья населения говорится в разделе VIII УК РТ, и эти преступления в основном носят конвенционный характер. Исходя из многочисленных конвенции и резолюции Совета Безопасности ООН в УК РТ включена глава преступления против общественной безопасности.
