Abstract

В статье рассматривается влияние демографического фактора на динамику трудовых ресурсов. Проводится анализ ретроспективного и современного подходов к формированию демографического оптимума. Показываются методы определения критериев оптимального режима воспроизводства населения и трудовых ресурсов. Приводятся примеры того, как может изменяться воспроизводство трудовых ресурсов в зависимости от характера демографических процессов.
