Abstract

В настоящей статье автором анализируются существующие научные подходы к определению понятий таможенного оформления и таможенного контроля, раскрываются сущностные признаки этих таможенно-правовых категорий и предлагаются их развернутые дефиниции, призванные комплексно отразить их правовую сущность. В статье выделяется пять различных аспектов правовой сущности таможенного оформления и таможенного контроля, отражающих многогранность этих категорий.
