Abstract

Статья посвящена проблематике проектного финансирования. В работе исследованы теоретико-методологические основы формирования базисной концепции проектного финансирования, выраженные через принципы проектного финансирования, дана классификация принципов проектного финансирования с точки зрения экстраполяционного, экзогенного и эндогенного развития. Выявлены и исследованы финансово-экономический принцип проектного финансирования, социально-экологический принцип проектного финансирования, конъюнктурный и политический принципы проектного финансирования. Исследованы место и роль каждого принципа в системе принципов проектного финансирования.
