Abstract

Закупка автотранспорта для нужд органов внутренних дел производится на конкурсной основе. Этот процесс может сопровождаться различными нарушениями. Предупреждению негативных явлений в области закупок автотранспорта способствует внутриведомственный контроль, основным инструментом которого является ревизия. Алгоритм проведения ревизии требует постоянного совершенствования в соответствии с законодательством о госзакупках.
