Abstract

Статья посвящена динамике правового регулирования ответственности за нарушения бюджетного законодательства. Обсуждаются вопросы о внесении изменений и дополнений в Кодекс Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях и Бюджетный кодекс Российской Федерации с целью исключения противоречий между нормами бюджетного и административного законодательства и введения новых оснований применения мер принуждения за нарушения бюджетного законодательства Проанализирован «перечень мер принуждения», применяемых к нарушителям бюджетного законодательства, рассмотрены административные наказания за все нарушения бюджетного законодательства.
