Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена актуальным вопросам гражданского права, а именно соотношению норм наследственного права Азербайджанской Республики и Российской Федерации. Особая значимость в научной статье отводиться вопросу завещания и проблемам, с которыми сталкивается правоприменительная практика. Соискатель убедительно аргументирует различия в правовых системах Азербайджанской Республики и Российской Федерации, указывая на то, что в азербайджанской Республике кроме цивилистической правовой и доктринальной базы сохранены черты мусульманских традиций.
