Abstract

В статье автор кратко раскрывает вопрос о цели доказывания, обосновывает цели процессуальной деятельности, указывает на ее содержание. В статье отражаются требования, предъявляемые к процессу доказывания и его результатам. Выявляются пробелы процессуального регулирования рассмотрения уголовных дел в особом порядке при согласии обвиняемого с обвинением. Автор делает ряд предложений о дополнении и изменении редакции норм закона, регулирующих указанную форму судопроизводства.
