Abstract

Статья «Проблемы правового регулирования пенсионного обеспечения в первый год советской власти» посвящена раскрытию процесса становления системы пенсионного обеспечения в сложный для Российского государства переходный период. В предлагаемой для публикации работе подробно рассматривается эволюция законодательного закрепления революционных лозунгов партии, пришедшей к власти, расставлены акценты на некоторых особенностях этого процесса. Кроме того, приводятся мнения и взгляды выдающихся юристов, занимавшихся исследованиями в этой области.
