Abstract

В работе исследуется правовая категория «механизм реализации функций государственно-общественной власти». Предлагается рабочее понятие исследуемого явления, перечисляются основные признаки указанной правовой категории. Материал будет интересен всем исследователям функционального подхода к проблемам теории государства и права
